Product images and colours are shown as accurately as reasonably possible, but screens and print production can cause minor variations. Products are made to order and availability may change.

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, or fraud is suspected.

The price and currency shown at checkout apply to your order. Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. International customers may owe local import charges.

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps to minimise their effect.

Our Returns & Replacements policy explains how to exercise applicable cancellation rights, return an eligible item, and report damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Store content, designs, branding, and product artwork belong to Present Tense or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use it unlawfully.

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to those limits, we are not liable for business losses arising from consumer use of the store.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts where they live.
