Shipping
Everything is printed to order, so there's a short wait while your piece is actually made — then it's on its way. We don't do next-day, and that's rather the point: good things take a moment.
Making it.
Your order is printed and prepared within 2–5 business days. You'll get a dispatch email with tracking the moment it leaves.
Getting to you.
After dispatch, estimated delivery:
- UK — 2–5 business days
- Europe — 5–10 business days
- Rest of world — 10–20 business days
So the total is production + delivery. Most UK orders land within about a week.
Cost.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on where you are.
Tracking.
Every order ships with tracking — it's in your dispatch email. Tracking sometimes lags a day or two; if you're worried, just email us.
Customs & duties.
Orders outside the UK may face import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility — we can't predict or cover them.
Where it ships from.
Our pieces are made and sent through our print partner's global facilities, so your order travels from the one nearest you.
Lost, delayed or wrong address.
If your order's badly delayed or arrives damaged, email hello@wearepresenttense.com and we'll sort it. Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute once it's gone to print, and parcels returned for a wrong address may incur a reship cost.
