If you choose to take the pause or sign up for the weekly note, Present Tense Hour reminders or the monthly act of kindness, we store your email address, your first name if you give it, which of these you asked for, and a record of your explicit consent, in Shopify's customer and Shopify Email tools. Signing up is optional and is not needed to buy anything. We rely on your consent and use this only to send the emails you asked for and to make the subscriber discount available to you.

When these emails are switched on, every one will include a Shopify unsubscribe link. You can also withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@wearepresenttense.com.
